Policies & Disclaimers
Clear boundaries build better relationships.
These notices explain the general limits of Paradigm Consulting’s services and how information submitted through this website is handled.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These website policies are general notices and do not replace a client-specific written agreement. A signed scope of work or service agreement controls the terms of an engagement.
Professional-services disclaimer
Paradigm Consulting LLC provides marketing, communications, research, strategic planning, and administrative support. Paradigm is not a law firm, CPA firm, accounting firm, tax-preparation firm, financial advisory firm, cybersecurity firm, or licensed grant-making organization. Information provided by Paradigm is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or regulatory advice.
Clients should consult appropriately licensed professionals for legal, tax, accounting, financial, compliance, or other regulated matters.
Funding and grant disclaimer
Paradigm may research publicly available funding information, prepare readiness reviews and roadmaps, identify relevant agencies or offices, and assist with client-approved informational outreach. Paradigm does not currently write or submit full grant applications and does not make eligibility determinations on behalf of a funding source.
No grant, donation, loan, contract, sponsorship, public contribution, or other funding result is promised or guaranteed. The applicable agency, funder, donor, lender, public body, or organization makes all eligibility and award decisions. Clients remain responsible for verifying requirements, supplying accurate information, obtaining professional advice when needed, approving communications, completing applications, making certifications, meeting deadlines, and complying with post-award requirements.
Government and public-office outreach
Paradigm does not provide direct government lobbying, influence-based funding services, guaranteed access to officials, or services that depend on claimed political connections. Any outreach add-on is limited to client-authorized information requests, procedural questions, program inquiries, introductions, scheduling assistance, and administrative communications within a written scope.
Paradigm may decline or pause work that could reasonably require legal representation, lobbying registration, campaign-finance compliance, or another professional authorization.
Political and nonprofit separation
Political branding and outreach services are maintained separately from nonprofit funding and communications work. Paradigm will not knowingly use a nonprofit client’s funds, donor information, accounts, staff time, property, or other resources to support or oppose a political candidate.
Clients are responsible for determining and complying with the laws, tax rules, reporting duties, disclaimers, and internal policies applicable to their organization or campaign.
Marketing and results disclaimer
Marketing results depend on factors outside Paradigm’s control, including audience behavior, client responsiveness, platform policies, advertising budgets, market conditions, competition, offer quality, and third-party decisions. Paradigm does not guarantee leads, sales, donations, audience growth, engagement, media coverage, election outcomes, rankings, or viral performance.
Any examples, projections, or strategic recommendations are informational estimates rather than promises of future performance.
